A 44-year-old Centralia man has been arrested on an outstanding warrant charging home invasion and felony criminal trespass to a residence.

Michael Allison of Medlin Road is being held in the Marion County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.

He was arrested after allegedly returning to the same home on Sunday and reportedly breaking out a window.  He was also formally charged in Marion County Court on Monday for violation of bail bond filed in connection with an earlier domestic battery arrest involving the same alleged victim.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Department reports the home invasion incident allegedly occurred at the home on Moonglow Road in rural Centralia on October sixth.   Allison is accused of walking into the home and allegedly battering the victim.   The incident was not reported until three days later.

After reviewing the case, the State’s Attorney issued the warrant for Allison’s arrest.
