Centralia Police have arrested 21-year-old Bryce Bradley of Centralia in connection with a March 19th aggravated battery and mob action case where a man was reportedly hit in the face with a bat.
Police report Bradley and three others had reportedly gone to his girlfriend’s ex-husbands home where a fight ensued. The victim identified Bradley as the one who struck him with the bat causing multiple broken bones in the face. One of the others reportedly had a hammer as a weapon, but it was not used to strike the victim.
Bradley was located on Monday off the Airport Road where police had gone to try and locate him. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marion County Jail to await court action.
Police say one other person is being sought in connection with the case.
Police had originally been called to the residence to a report of shots fired, but there was no evidence of any gunplay being involved in the incident.
