Anna L. Self, 76, of Centralia, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020 at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. Anna enjoyed going camping. She also enjoyed watching the Young and the Restless and Bold and Beautiful. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinal’s Fan and loved listening to her country music.
Per Anna’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and no public services will be held. In addition to her husband of 40 years, Danny Self of Centralia, she is also survived by her two children: David Langford and wife Shelly of Lebanon and Carol Langford Ford of Labelle, Florida; three step children: Annette Worlds of Centralia, Melissa Self of Centralia, and Billy Self of Centralia; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister: Donna Weaver and husband Mike of Tennessee, a brother: Ronnie Brink of Illinois; several nieces and nephews.
She was born August 15, 1944 in Centralia, the daughter of Irvin Brink and Thelma (Sundermeyer) Brink. She married Danny Self on March 1, 1980 and he survives in Centralia. Anna was preceded in death by her parents and two sons: Sonny Langford and Michael Langford.
