The SC 13u Storm Chasers finished off their fall season with a busy weekend.
They were shutout on Friday by the Southern Hillbillies 12-0. SC was no-hit in the loss.
They bounced back on Saturday to beat the SI Rampage 6-5. Ian Jones and Brody Collier drove in a pair, Cody Beard added an RBI with Trevan Sidwell doubling and Hudson Moore adding 2 hits and 2 runs. Beard earned the win going 2 innings allowing 3 hits and 1 earned run with Moore working the final 4 innings for the save.
Then on Sunday, SC split with the Eagles. SC won the opener 12-4. Moore, Braden Rector and Ian Jones drove in 2 runs each with RBI also from Sidwell and Beard. Cam McGee was the winning pitcher going 4.2 allowing 7 hits and 4 runs.
SC dropped their finale 12-2. Brody Collier drove in the SC runs, Sidwell had 2 hits.
