Joe A Piper, 59, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 10:06 am October 26, 2020 at his residence in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Mr. Piper loved riding four wheelers and bonfires. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Joe was the brother you could always count on and he will be dearly missed.

Joe is survived by special friend, Sherry Ellis of Mount Vernon, Illinois; five siblings, Alfred Eugene Piper of Spokane, Washington, Barbara Czerniejenski and husband, Leonard of Ashley, Illinois, Donald Piper and wife, Rhonda of Troy, Illinois, Garry Piper and wife, Cheryl of Opdyke, Illinois, Lu Piper of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
He was born November 5, 1960 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Seaton and Elberta (Spangler) Piper. In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his niece, Jennifer Czerniejenski.
