Leslie Warren, 30, of Centralia, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. Leslie enjoyed listening to music.
A Visitation for Leslie Warren will be held Monday, November 2, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia. Due to health concerns, masks and social distancing will be required, with a limit of 25 in the building at a time. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia. She was born February 22, 1990 in Centralia, the daughter of Tracy (Warren) Koch and Chuck Alvey. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ronald Warren, Sr. and her step-father: Jeff Koch, Sr.
