A 31-year-old Centralia man has been arrested on multiple charges after being stopped by Centralia Police while walking down the street shortly after three Thursday morning. Travis Wooters of North Hickory was taken to the Marion County Jail for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of a narcotic instrument, resisting arrest and on a Marion County traffic warrant and Illinois Department of Corrections warrant. Wooters was allegedly in possession of a knife that could be used as a bludgeon.
29-year-old Bradley Venters of Community Beach Road in Odin was arrested by Centralia Police for alleged domestic battery.
21-year-old Danielle Campbell of Salem was arrested by a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy for failure to appear on a Marion County felony warrant in a possession of methamphetamine case. Bond is set at $20,000.
