The NTC Baseball Tournament continues today with semifinal action. 2nd seed South Central enters at 17-3 and will host the 3rd seed Bulldogs of St Anthony for a 4pm first pitch. SC downed Dieterich 10-0 on Monday to get to the Final Four while St Anthony saw an 8-1 first inning lead evaporate but scored a run in the bottom of the 7th to nip sixth seeded Neoga 11-10.
Altamont downed 8th seed CHBC 11-1 to get to their semifinal they will host as the top seed and will entertain 4th seed North Clay who beat Windsor/Stew-Stras in a pitcher’s duel 2-0.
