The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats dropped their regional finals contest at home against Carmi 12-7 to finish the year 12-1. Emma Gregg had 2 hits and 2 RBI, Bre Thruman drove in a run, Lilly Blagoue had a hit, Jaelyn Keller added 2 hits, Marah Johnson drove in a pair of runs with RBI also from Olivia Fehrenbacher. Mya Russell and Alivia Rasul each added a hit.

The Willow Grove/St Mary’s Centralia Wildcards avenged their only loss of the season and handed Selmaville their only loss by a score of 4-2 in the regional championship. The Lady Rockets committed 9 errors in a game that saw no earned runs for either team. For Selmaville, Kennedy Finney had 2 hits and scored a run. Macie Thorsen and Lauryn Mascarena each added a hit. Lauren Burge gave up 5 hits and struck out 15 in the loss. For the Wildcards, Maddy Francois struckout 14. MacKenzie Perez had 2 hits, Olivia Neudecker had a hit and run, Kylie Nalewajka had d double, Emrie Quick had a hit and run while Abby Draper had 2 RBI.
Also in class L, Centralia dropped their regional title game to Carlyle 15-0.
In Class M, Rome defeated Woodlawn 3-2 to win their championship. Nashville over Aviston 13-4 to win the title. Nashville is coached by Tiereney Moore, wife to Salem baseball coach Tyson Moore, as both teams won titles last night.
