The Salem girls golf team improved to 8-0 with a win over Sandoval on the back nine at the Salem Country Club. Kenzie Anderson was medalist shooting 43 followed by Lauren Ice 50, Alyssa Paul 54 and Taylor Ice 55.
Prior to the match, Seniors Lauren Ice, Abby Smith, Jairva Stroud and Haley Duncan were recognized for their accomplishments as Lady Wildcats.
Salem will travel to Mt Vernon and Green Hills Country Club for their last regular season match today before competing at regionals next Wednesday at Spencer T. Olin Golf Course in Alton.
