Jessie F. Day, 73, of Sandoval passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021, while in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family and her fur baby, Cody. She worked as a manager at the Best Western Restaurant and Banquet Area in Effingham, a group leader for Kaskaskia Workshop in Centralia, and a technician for the eye Clinic at Walmart in Effingham. She was an extremely present and supportive “Mimi” for her grandchildren who brought her heart an abundance of joy.
