Gaylord Douglas Shehorn, 78, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 10:10 am July 27, 2021 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon. Gaylord was a professional bowler and pool player and entrepreneur. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Gaylord is survived by his brother, David Shehorn and wife, Martha.
He was born December 30, 1942 in Mount Vernon to the late John William and Hetty Lucille (Morlan) Shehorn. In addition to his parents, Gaylord was preceded in death by his son, Doug Shehorn.
