Carl R. Brown, age 67 of Salem, passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
Carl retired from World Color Press in Salem. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and a past Governor of the Moose Lodge. Carl loved to fish, play pool, and most of all loved his family. He was always available to help others.
A Celebration of Life for Carl R. Brown will be held at 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 18, 2021, at the Salem American Legion. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until the time of the service. Carl was born on April 8, 1954, in Montebello, California the son of Carlous and LulaMae (Byers) Brown.
He is survived by his half-sister, Cindy Holbrook and husband Mark of Orange, CA; brother, Rex Brown and wife Claudette of Troy, IL; sister, Cathy Lambdin of Franklin, IL; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
