Beverly Ann Huston, 71, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 1:20 pm July 5, 2021, at Nature Trail Health Care in Mount Vernon.
Beverly graduated from Mount Vernon Township High School and later from Cosmetology school. She was loved dearly by her family and friends and will be sorely missed.
A Visitation will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon. A Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 pm with her very special friend, Mr. Clyde Bruns officiating. Interment will follow at South Hickory Hill Cemetery in Mount Vernon. She was born July 22, 1949, in Mount Vernon to the late Homer and Shirley (Green) Wilson.
Beverly is survived by her daughter, Amanda Burris and husband, Craig of Mount Vernon; grandson, Cooper Burris; sister, Linda Buchanan and husband, Arthur; uncle, Alfred Green and wife, Evelyn; significant other, Marion Curry and his daughter, Myranda Brumley; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her son, Wesley Huston; and brother, Steve Wilson.
