Jeanette E. Heser, of Salem, passed away at 3:05 p.m. on her 79th birthday Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at her residence.
Jeanette was a graduate of Nashville High School and a farm wife. She was a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. She loved to farm, garden, and mow with her Bad Boy mower.
A private graveside service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Hoyleton with Rev. Mark Hofferber officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoffman or the American Cancer Society. Styninger Funeral & Cremation Chapel in Hoyleton is in charge of arrangements. She was born on March 30, 1942, in Breese, the daughter of Wilbur and Dorothea Wilts Johnson. She married William Heser on November 18, 1961, in Hoyleton. She is survived by her husband of 59 years Bill Heser. Also surviving are 2 sons; Dan Heser of Kell and Trent (Sheri) Heser of Salem. A daughter Katherine (Jeff) Drenckpohl of Centralia. 2 sisters; Beverly (Richard) Hargis and Georgianne Fulton both of Centralia. A sister-in-law Brenda Johnson of Centralia. 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Harold Johnson and a brother-in-law Charles Fulton.
